You can begin the process by contacting the Division of Guardianship or submitting an Application to Petition.
Division of Adult Guardianship
Kentucky's public guardianship program is administered by the Division of Guardianship in the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Individuals are served by offices in all regions of the state.

Unclaimed Guardianship Property
The Registry of Guardianship Unclaimed Property includes names of deceased Cabinet guardianship clients with unclaimed estates valued at less than $10,000.
