The City of Boise’s Rental Housing program offers a variety of apartments and single-family homes conveniently located along transportation corridors and activity centers around Boise. If you are already on the City of Boise’s Rental Housing waitlist, you may use this form to update your contact information and/or to inquire about your placement on the waitlist.

Helpful tips

Rent is paid in advance and is due on the first (1st) day of each month. Rent becomes late if not paid by the end-of-business on the tenth (10th) day of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend, then Rent becomes late if not paid by the end of the next business day.
