Welcome Homeseeker. We're glad you've found your way here and are interested in fair and affordable housing opportunities in Westchester County. Take time to complete and submit the online interest form to have future information sent directly to you or browse the Homeseeker map.
If you are a first-time user, either a homeseeker or facility manager and would like to apply, you must: (read entire section before starting)
- Click on the “Apply as a Tenant” or “Register as a Landlord” button below
- On the page where it asks for an email and password, click “Create an Account”
- Complete the requested information and click on “Register Account”
- You will then receive a verification email to the email address used for registering
- Click on the link provided to verify your account
- You are now ready to begin your facility or housing search as well as complete a profile application by logging in using the email and password used to create your account
- You will be directed back to the Welcome page, and to begin your application, please click on the “Apply as a Homeseeker” or “Register a Facility” button again

Register as a Homeseeker
When registering as a Homeseeker, you can:
- Submit a Profile and Create an Account
- View Available Facilities and Unit Information
- Apply for Lotteries and Monitor Status
Find a Facility
When looking for a facility, you can:
- Search, filter, and match with available facilities
- View detailed facility information and images
- Save to Favorites and Apply for Lotteries
